Do not attach a shelflist, catalog or holdings export, CSV, MARC record, patron or circulation data, generated label output, ILS credentials, or other private collection information. Describe the browser, public page, and non-sensitive reproduction steps; use the built-in sample or synthetic records when an example is necessary.
Scope of contact
Contact can address ShelfSignal’s published interface and documentation. It cannot assign a final Cutter number, review private catalog records, recover an ILS account, or replace local cataloging policy and qualified review.
